Caitlin was great but the guys who changed my tires left them looking like I ran curbs on all 4 tires it rubs off but that is something that should have ben done there not by me at my house

Catilin is phenomenal and her customer service has always been phenomenal. I have an issue with the techs that doesn’t seem to care about the due diligence of disceeting an issue the customer is experiencing. They’re quick to say nothing is wrong when something is wrong causing problems for money to be paid out while things are still under warranty to be fixed at hand.
