I got stranded on the highway on a Sunday night, engine code P1326, knock sensor. I had Cory calling me telling me my car was fixed two days after I left it in the dealership and he said my car just needed a software upgrade for that and the problem came back the next two days. I called him and all he said was “I can take up to two weeks to get your car fixed IF needs anything from us” does the service manager know there’s a recall on these cars? It’s a shame that I have to drop my car off again and they don’t even tell you if you are going to get a courtesy car while they take that time to fix something that they already know it’s broken. Shameful how resetting an engine light is a FIX. It’s not.

TWO hours to rotate tires and change oil is too much time for a scheduled appointment. Not to mention a lousy wash job. Bird poop still on side window and no attempt to remove bugs.
