Bev Smith Kia Auto Repair Service

I had my 24 niro serviced yesterday for a tire pressure gauge issue and the tire pressure light blinking on the dash. I was there for several hours when I inquired about the vehicle, they told me it was fixed and the car was almost ready for me. When the car came to me, I was told it was fixed so I drove the car for about 5 miles at about 40 mph, when I checked the tire pressure and it showed no pressure. I drove back to the dealership and Cory took it for a ride. It still showed no pressure. They put it back to service and again when they were done it still didn’t show pressure I met and had several conversations with “Coach” (great guy) and he suggested that they over inflate the tires by 2#’s and that’s when the tire pressure gauge started working. That was until I made one stop on the way home. When I restarted the car I was again left with no pressure reading. I originally brought the car in for an alignment and the when I started having issues. I called your service manager and your customer relations guy and left a voicemail for each of them and no response. So I made another appointment which was for yesterday. I left a message to a number that Cory had texted me earlier and have no gotten a call back since. Let me also add that your service dept is usually spot on and Cory has always taken great care of me, so you have not lost a loyal customer, as I understand that the dealership has a lot of moving parts so I understand things could and will happen at times. At this point I just want to get this fixed so we can all move on. Please advise, thank you,

This weekend, I noticed that my forgive me I’m a female and don’t know what it’s called tire frame where they changed my tires or rotated. My tires was cracked other than that. The service was phenomenal.

Caitlin was fantastic. She is a people person. She promised a call back and I received it. If I asked a question, I got a straight answer. If she didn’t know the answer, she found the answer and called me to explain. For me, as long as I have a kia, she will be my service advisor.

Ken was a great service manager in getting my Kia in for an oil change, tire rotation and extra service that he recommended in a timely manner as Inwas sitting there waiting for it.

She kept me informed since I dropped it off because I work midnights.

Caitlin was helpful and got my car in and out in a timely manner.

Angela was friendly and professional, also keeping me informed with my service and my issues. Amazing work!
