Ken is my go to advisor his professionalism and prompt updates on the status of my vehicle through out the process is top notch.
I’ve had to come back several times so far for the same TPMS monitor issue on my 2023 Kia Niro. However this is not Ken’s fault this is a systems vehicle issue that I’m currently waiting for it to be resolved as I’m writing this in the waiting room.
Thank you Ken for working hard on getting my vehicle back to working condition.

Came in for regular maintenance (oil change/tire rotation)+check of regular components. Basic 1 to 1.5 hr job. Was told I had 2 recalls to be done, total job would take 3.5. Returned to pickup car, was then told, parts not in stock.
As a Qlty Manager, I think they should check that first, instead of making me wait 3.5 hrs.
