Terrible service, extremely unprofessional advisor and management. They even lost my key and had me drive wait an hour with 2 young children only to have to go back home in a loaner. Had me drive 4 times with 2 young children and nothing was ultimately done. We are nearly an hour away from the dealership and specifically went there because we trusted our advisor from last year Adam - who we learned is now in sales. If I could give negative stars I would. ABSOLUTELY Atrocious!

I was scheduled for a recall service and first service on my vehicle. When I arrived I was told that I would be waiting at least 5 to 5 1/2 hours and if they even had the parts they needed. Could not get me a loaner car and they said that they would call the shuttle driver but he would be an hour wait. Waited from 11am appointment until 1:30 to have just an oil change is ridiculous. I can get a 10 minute oil change done down the street for under $100.00 in 10 minutes. Never again

As the Shop Foreman/Kia/ASE Master tech of another Kia dealership service dept much much farther away Bev Smith Kia was my closest option to get a tire balance done on short notice on my brand new Kia Telluride. Caitlin and manager Tim provided excellent and professional service. I was not charged for the service as it was covered under warranty being a brand new vehicle! Caitlin is very helpful in navigating the wait. She goes above and beyond to make your experience better. The service department could be better. Can’t reach service manager to ask questions about your vehicle and never return calls. I travel 35 miles each way as I purchased car through Bev Smith and like to have all my records in one place. I hope someone in management corrects some of the flaws.
