Do not make recall appointments with the customer then the Custer arrive at Bev Smith Kia Service Dept and wait 2 hours before your representative comes to you and tell you they have to order your part. The part or parts should have been on the premises. This is an inconvenience to the customer

Good morning
When my wife took the car yesterday for the appointment of oil change and tire rotation on her way there, the car was hesitating, skipping while driving
It was not an emergency, but it needed to be looked at. She mentioned it to the technicians, and she was told that she has to come back and leave the car overnight for them to diagnose it.
I think a simple look could’ve helped like checking the fuel filter maybe or anything to give her the comfort of driving in the car again unfortunately that did not happen. That’s not like you guys at all. Just thought to share this information with you. Thank you.
