Angela was a little under the weather and was still terrific. She followed through on my repair. And incredibly I met Coach ( Adam) in the service lane who was saying hello and asked me if I knew my pin stripping was warranted for life, and I said yes and have been trying to get it replaced for 6 months but could never get a hold of Chad. In two seconds Coach had Chad’s boss on the phone and my pinstrip was replaced after my service repair was complete. A big Thank you to Angela and to Coach. Will see you again soon.
