Mike always gives me the best service possible. It turns out I needed to replace some thing but I thought it wasn’t covered under my service contract. He discovered it was covered so was able to replace the part with no cost to me. he is in number one top service person you have, and he will always be the person I ask for.

George lied to me about my car being washed and after I made it clear to him that it was not washed, they took the next 5 minutes to wet my car with the water hose and did not even dry the car or wash with soap so thats not very professional or satisfying. Makes me rethink if my recalls were even properly dealt with.

My car was diagnosed incorrectly.I had two diagnostics done on my car within two weeks with different recommendations. Fee for 2nd diagnostic was reimbursed due to poor service which is why customer service representative recommended reimbursement.
While waiting for 2nd diagnostic customer service representative did not return phone calls or texts in a timely manner. I had to tow my un drivable car back to my house due to poor workmanship and service.I am very dissatisfied with the service and just had my engine replaced due to engine recall. I was told that an engine failure could have happened as a consequence of not following “recommendations” that were never recommended. I could not be a more dissatisfied customer. The lack of professionalism and courtesy toward your customers is appalling. I will never purchase a Kia again.

You guys said that it was all done and that there was no problem and got it fixed but it was still the same problem and it seemed like it wasnt fixed at all but overall with customer service they have been nice but didnt resolve the issue because that is my only transportation yet still dont have a working car for a month and should at least offer me a rental for free for a couple of days because they gave me false information saying that it was fixed and it wasnt so they wasted my time/gas because of that
