I made an appointment in advance(1pm) for a simple oil change and I was there after 5pm. Several customers were sharing similar frustrations and negative experiences. I understand it's a holiday weekend and Kia Covina was short staffed, but that should not be the customer's concern. Companies like Kia need to hire more better trained reliable staff. Unfortunately, this has become common the USA. Companies are hiring unreliable staff and not training or compensating them well. Meanwhile, customers pay outrageously for poor product and bad service. Additionally, the bosses up top are making record profits. There are Kia's everywhere. Two thumbs down for Kia Covina. Finally, George was a savior. George did his best to make up for the company's shortcomings while being forced to multi-task. George deserves proper recognition. I'm not convinced that my next oil change will be with Kia Covina. ????
