I told him what I needed and the budget I had and he got my car serviced as needed and kept me within my budget. Unfortunately, I could not afford the price of fixing my automobile. I am a person with limited sources I was told I had to pay the $300 for the diagnostic check and I also chose to take my car for a second opinion George and Juliana were very professional good customer service. I most likely will look for a new car but it will not be a Kia. Thank you.

Jose was great; however, this is the 2nd time I've made an appt for a Kia recall and when I arrived for the appt the recall part was not there and I have to return to get the job finished which will waste another half day. When the appt is made the part should be available or ordered so the job can be done at the scheduled appt.

I had an 8 am appt for an oil change and inspection. This should not take 3 hours. When I inquired at 11 am what was taking so long, I was told my vehicle was ready and that they texted me. They had not. After checking out (with no apology or explanation), I got a text (time stamped 11:18) that my car was ready. If you don’t have the staff to get an oil change out in less than an hour, don’t over-schedule. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here for service.

Your job was well done professionally like your service you take customers home and bring them back to pick up their car. After job is completed most of all I like the cappuccino suggestion you could have some Cochita’s next to the coffee there and maybe a taco aisle thank you guys.
