Mike was great, but the service took too long. There was a problem with the anti theft software which apparently held things up. I would have rather come back another day to get that completed.

I took my car in on a Tuesday to have the shocks worked on and got out on a Thursday because they didn’t even touch it! They made a lot of excuses about not having enough mechanic's . I would have thought they’d have a larger staff to work on cars. This KIA is good for oil changes but nothing else!
