I love my GV80 and I want the best service for it. I have always been pleased with Norm Reeves Genesis of Cerritos and the customer service that I receive from Kyle. I brought my 2023 Genesis GV 80 in for a routine oil change. When I got home, I discovered that the service technician over-filled the oil in my car. So I had to bring it back a second time to drain the oil system and put the proper amount of oil in my vehicle.
