Edwin was great!!!!! Service work great!!! The car wash however was sub-par. Some areas of car and windows still had dusty/dirty surface. The wheels were still dirty with tire-black overspray. I had to borrow cloth from service advisor to wipe off all wheels myself before driving away with such unsightly surfaces. I ended up taking it to car wash myself when I got home.

Kyle Predmore is a true professional in his service. However, I am not satisfied about my car being unable to be diagnosed for what I most recently experienced and the fact that my car has experienced 3 major repairs well still under 24k miles. The service department also needs more loaner vehicles on hand; I faced great difficulty in being able to obtain transportation to and from work because of this last malfunction and no loaners available.
