The mechanical service seems fine, but getting updates from Kyle was not good, when he did text me, I would answer and ask for further information, but the response would takes days. We had a dent repaired on a door, and new paint damage was found elsewhere that wasn't there prior to having the car serviced. I had to ask what service was performed because Kyle never told me. Lastly, it seemed that the service took too long.
