My experience with the service was as always exceptional, Mariela is a top of the line agent extremely professional, knowledgeable, informative, and always polite even when things get very busy, I cannot imagine coming for service and not being able deal with her. In addition to your agent the service was and always seem to be exceptional, this service I had a unique situation my car developed a rattling on the passenger side and they went for a test drive with me and was able to identify the location and as well located the rear shock causing the noise, replaced and all is well. Overall my ongoing experience with norm reeves service is and gas been exceptional.
