I received a text telling me my vehicle was ready to take home. Upon arrival I was told it was being washed. Approximately one half hour later I was able to drive it home. Once at home I examined the rear cargo area as the third seats were checked for functionality by the service crew. I found the third seat cover still haphazardly pulled back, seats exposed and items I stored there strewn about!

It's so convenient the way you all have it designed to where it an easy enter and exit from the building. I had a 2 1/2 hour wait today. But it was nice that you had coffee, water & snack. It came in handy. I waited for my car and it was so comfortable in the waiting area that I didn't even know that the time had passed when Kyle came and told me my car was ready. Well my genises is a 2023 with 17000 miles on in and I’m a connected service and I registered and my name and I expected to get a break on the service price but everything was charged full price wasn’t too happy about that should be three years 36,000 miles so that’s where I’m at right now I wasn’t too happy
