My vehicle had been taken in twice for a serious malfunction, and after my car being in the service center for almost 30 days in December 2024, they couldn’t find out what was wrong and said they thought it was a one time occurrence.
When it happened again this week, after 24 hours they called and said they couldn’t find anything wrong even though I showed them pictures of all the lights on my dashboard. I lost complete control of my car including the steering.
I made it very clear, for safety issues I will not be picking up the car until they can tell us what’s wrong. They didn’t find anything in 24 hours and expect me to jeopardize the safety of my family and go pick up the vehicle and wait for this to happen again, after something much more serious can happen.
I’ve already reached out to corporate and have a case number. I will also be contacting an attorney tomorrow.
This is terrible service and will never be using this dealership again!
