Not having an appointment, was not an issue, service provider Josue welcomed me back. Work order prepared, only additional charge I requested was rotate tires. First thing I need to say, this reply does not reflect upon Rigoberto at all, he tried his best to get me sorted.
I arrived at approximately 10:45 for my tire patch appointment, having made the appointment over the phone 20 minutes earlier. At 12:25 I had to leave without the work being done, and then find alternative transport for my afternoon appointment in Torrance, which was not an easy task.
From the outside, it seems there is no capacity for last minute walk in appointments.

Josue is the best person at Norm Reeves VW Service Center. He took the time to get me a loaner vehicle after finding out how many times we had to take our car in to get serviced. He has been friendly, patient, and kind throughout the time we had to have our car repaired. I will always only ask for Josue from now on. I have had some disappointing experiences with other people in the service department that have made me at times regret my purchase of our car but Josue has had me change my mind.
