I was offered a Lyft back to pick up my car as I took an Uber to go to work from the dealership. Neither Jimmy or the manager I spoke to offered to to take care of my ride or compensate otherwise. I don’t understand why this would be offered if you can not follow through. As well as I had to call to find the status of my car as I was not notified of any updates on my car. I was initially told the car would be done at 4, I called at 4:30 to find my car done and ready for pick up. While on the phone to request the status of the car, I was told it was ready for pick up and the team was eager to let me know they closed at 6 and hung up on me! Service was sub-par and I doubt I will be back to this dealership for my service needs.

I’ve made an appointment for 1 PM today. When I made the appointment I discussed with the service department how long it would take to get my oil changed. At 2:30. They still hadn’t even taken my car into the bay for service. I asked for my car back, they couldn’t find my keys, that took another 10 minutes. Then the man that drove my car out of the parking lot drove it like a madman over the speed bumps. Did not leave a good impression. I would give your service department zero stars. You wasted my entire day, it was absolutely infuriating. I would fire every single person and start over . Idiots.
