I am happy with the service from Norm Reves but not happy with the service advisor’s recommendation. I cannot believe that a 2021 Golf will need rotor replacements with only 30k miles on it. I’ve owned a lot of cars and have never had to replace the rotors until way pass 100k miles. I can’t believe that they cannot be resurfaced either. This sounds like a new way for VW to make money!!

Customer service dropping off and picking up my car was great … but my car battery has never died before and the same day I picked up my vehicle the battery completely freaked out and died while I was at a stop. Seems extremely unusual and I will be reaching out for a resolution

Norm Reeves, has a quote for a diagnosis that can change based upon nothing, your service department failed to have the customer to acknowledge that the quote can increase if you take longer to find the fault. You say it will take one day, instead took 3 day and it was because I called to be updated. Norm Reeves needs to revise their customer service policies. I paid $179 for nothing, my problem was not resolved. I took my car to be diagnosed about a sensor, I paid $179. Norm Reeves failed to find the issue.

No work has been 100% completed on my car. Neither of the issues has been fixed. I left the car at the dealership to get the issue resolved. I also submitted an email to Jimmy with additional videos.

Dropped my vehicle off at 745am and even though the commit time was 5pm, the service wasn't completed until almost 530pm. Otherwise the customer service was excellent and Rigo explained things clearly.
