I had to come back a second time because the heated steering function was missing. The root cause is missed programming. If this is so, what else was missed? As a customer (not an expert with VW products), I have no clue. The doubt now exists. It would be appreciated if a detailed printout of all the checks were indeed completed.Hopefully, this survey will help your business operate within a level of expected product expertise. I appreciate this survey request. As a VW fan, I hope this helps promote a better product representation.

I have no complaints about Rigoberto, as he was professional, and explained things clearly, I am disappointed that VW has passed the cost of subpar parts on to their customers. My vehicle has had to have its brake pads replaced twice due to premature wear. I was not charged the first time, but was this second time. I was advised to bring the car in after another 5,000 miles to check the new pads condition, but unless VW figures out better pads, I can expect to have to pay for another set of a subpar product. I have already reached out to Customer CARE where they were unable to resolve anything, and have submitted a claim to BBB. I would, in the end, appreciate some compensation, at the very least, the cost of the parts.
