SoCal fires occurred while my car was in the care of Norm Reeves. A significant amount of ash was in my car upon pick up. I requested that it be cleaned. Even after I was wiped down ash was still present. I personally paid to have it cleaned once I took it home.
Was completely disappointed with the service and will factor this into my next car purchase.
Doubtful I would go with this location again after this experience.

Raul was so helpful to me. He jumped into a situation I had with the car I bought just last week. I explained to him that I really needed my car back today because I had to work tomorrow.
