I forgot to mention an issue with my tire and hoped the staff would find it during the service but the person checking me out said they didn’t note it. So he went out to look and spotted the issue on my left back tire and ordered a replacement tire for me. It makes me think they are not thorough in their maintenance.

There was nothing wrong with the service, the service was great. My problem is that when I received a notification from Toyota that required my immediate attention it was in regards to additional services they determine my car needed. I looked at the photos from the maintenance personnel and agreed that the cabin and engine air filters needed to be replaced, as did the wiper blades, what I didn't agree on or understand was the price! $140 to replace the cabin filter?! $80 for the engine filter?! What?! I didn't pretend to know how much the parts costs, but at a local auto parts store, they cost approximately $20ish. I thought maybe the labor was what determined the price, but looking up tutorials on YouTube, the process only takes a few minutes with no tools required! The wiper blades were the most reasonable charge, but at that point I already decided to do everything myself. $120 at AutoZone and 10 minutes later I had new filters and wiper blades. I honestly felt Toyota was truly ripping me off, basically **** on my leg and telling me it was raining. I definitely learned a lot today, and I'm much more critical of Toyota's prices. Shameful business practice.

I found it time consuming and a little troublesome to have to deal with a service advisor when I was never told his name, and had never met him before. I suggest that when a customer checks in, that the service advisor’s name be emphasized, since customers have to find that person to check out.

I just bought the car a few days ago. I brought it in as the moon roof is leaking air and has a whooshing noise when I drive on freeway, or fast ish. I was hopeful the seal could be adjusted and the noise could be mitigated. When I picked the car up the report reads, the sound is typical of the model & no mitigation action was taken. I was bummed. Just because it’s typical, doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be addressed. I was disappointed that I’m suppose to accept the defect without even an attempt to fix.
