Yes, I was satisfied. I just have a question was air filters included with my 30 K service not sure if that was an additional cost or not but I did tell them I didn’t want them, but I wasn’t sure if it came with the service or not

I brought my car in Thursday morning due to some electrical issues that was getting covered through the extended warranty I have. I was told my car would be there all day. later on I get a call saying my car would have to stay over night leaving me without a car.
I should’ve been offered a rental from the start. I was also told they didn’t have a part so it needed to be ordered. I mentioned I had to be at work the next morning and was told possibly mid day. I reached out in the morning and was told him t would take all day. Then I get offered a rental for the day. I had to be at work at 10:30 and I’m being told 9:45am that they can provide a rental.
I was left without a car all day Thursday and Friday. That is ridiculous and un acceptable. Very disappointing.
