Norm Reeves Toyota San Diego came thru for me big time! I was working in San Diego from out of town when my brake light assemblies began malfunctioning. The parts dept was quick to understand exactly what parts I needed, ordered them asap and they came in early! Then the service dept was able to move my install appt up 2 full days so my car was functioning properly and legally! My representative was Jessica H. and she was a delight to work with. And the parts were on sale for almost half the price I received from an LA dealer! I’m very very satisfied with my experience at Notme Reeves Toyota San Diego!

It took 40 minutes to check in for my scheduled appointment. I was informed after my service( a/c refresh) that my a/c wasn’t performing well due to a wire being loose/disconnected . This must have happened at my regular maintenance appointment approximately 2 weeks before this appointment because my a/c wasn’t performing fine before the appointment and not performing after the appointment. If I had known the problem with my a/c was a wire issue, I would not have felt the need to schedule the a/c refresh maintenance.
