I had an excellent experience working with Robert Farr, Service Advisor at Norm Reeves Toyota San Diego. I brought in my 2007 Toyota Highlander to have my tires replaced, and Robert went above and beyond to make sure I chose the right set.
He took the time to explain the different tire brands and models available, discussed the pros and cons of each option, and recommended the tires that best fit my daily driving needs instead of simply trying to sell me the most expensive option. His knowledge and honesty made it easy to make an informed decision.
Robert also recommended having an alignment performed with the new tires, explaining why it’s typically necessary to help maximize tire life and ensure proper vehicle handling. I appreciated that he took the time to educate me rather than just adding services without an explanation.
Throughout the entire visit, Robert was friendly, attentive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. His outstanding customer service made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Robert Farr if you need service at Norm Reeves Toyota San Diego. He truly cares about his customers and provides exceptional service.
