Denise Lopez was courteous and made arrangements for our transportation which was a rental car. When the car was ready the next day I was contacted by her and and she followed up by going over the items that were installed per the DueBill.

Josh was great. I had him & the service tech do a second look at one of the issues I have been having. I will say the team who updated my system broke my volume knob without telling me but it was cheap so i recently purchased it, just a little frustrating that I had to find out after I left the dealership.
