I tried going to Chula Vista Toyota because it is closer to my house. I had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes just to talk to a rude service advisor. When I commented on the long wait, there was no effort to try to make up for it so I left without getting my car serviced. All this to say that customer service really matters. I will drive my car the extra distance to get it serviced at Norm Reeves.

Karina was absolutely wonderful and treated me with respect and didn't try to rush me in and out. This is my first dealings with Norm Reeves Toyota but I'm so glad I made the move to them after almost 30 years leasing Prius' from E.C. Toyota. I was so disappointed in E.C. Toyota. Was treated badly, was patronized and dismissive. So I went looking for a new dealer and there you were, Karina was also the woman who helped me on my first 5,000 mile servicing. She was really nice and caring on that visit too.
