Please emphasize to the team: if you can't meet time estimates, proactive communication is essential. A quick text/call makes all the difference.

I appreciated that the team found the problem to my car. But I waited a little over two hours and all they did was put air in two of the tires that were low. I originally was concerned because the llight came on showing that there was a problem with my tires. I had my son in law put air in them, but the light stayed on and that’s why I brought it in. After waiting two hours, I went to the desk to ask what the problem was with my car since no one came to explain to me what they discovered. It took about 15 minutes for them to come and tell me what they actually did. I finally got my car back.

I waited for too long (15 minutes) to check out even though my car was ready and there were staff in the office. My advisor was busy registering other customers but there were at least 3 other advisors in the office at the time. They did not even ask me if I need anything until I asked. One advisor did initiate cheking out but stoped when he saw my advisor and told me to wait. That was unprofessional! I also asked to have my breaks checked because I hear squeaking and clicking sounds in the front often when I apply the breaks especially when it is rain or after car washing. This issues has occurred since I just got the car and I have asked to have the breaks checks at least 3 time at your dealership but they have not found the cause. I wuold like you to address this matter and let me know the solution. I want to not hear strange sound from the breaks. I want to hear how you can fix the problem. And if you can not fix the problem, I want to know if you will provide a replacement or next step. Thank you.

I felt the report information which contains so many technical information was made in a very fast pace, with no checking questions about my understanding. Besides the fast and complicated information delivered, I was dumped with a list of all the others repairs I should make in the near future. I did not feel comfortable asking questions due to the pressure I felt in the person who was talking to me. Dealers have a reputation of charging high prices and pushing clients to spend money. With that in mind, I am wondering it Toyota promotes training to support their workers in how to support client and show them that the most important if trust and not money.
