I went in on 10/20 with one of my four AC vents not working and for an oil change. When I went to pick it up today on 10/21 after the diagnostic and assembly you guys did on it, now 2 AC vents are not working and I'm missing some buttons in the driver seat. I'm not sure if it was on purpose? Or if you guys might have done it by accident?. If you guys can please fix this.

Simona kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. The two other issues I had do not have any direct connection with her excellent service. First issue was the driver side inside door latch. There’s no available parts yet since the vehicle is brand new. Simona has it back ordered which is nice of her. The other issue is the phone charging pad that doesn’t work. She explained that it is indeed an issue that it doesn’t work always especially when there’s movement of the phone. I still haven’t make it work. Maybe Toyota has a work around remedy for it.

Kept my car for a week just because someone couldn't look at his inbox and answer an email. No courtesy car was offered. charged 200 for a diagnostique and I had already told him it was previously done somewhere else and I knew thr problem. This is not against him but whom ever he reports to. This is definitely not over.
