I was not informed about the service of my car, I was called at the end of the day that the part for my car did not come in and was on back order for 11/03/2025. I took the day off from work expecting my car to be finished, but got different results. I feel like I waisted my time taking the day off of work with no results. This is the first time I’ve ever had a negative experience with service from Toyota. I would appreciate that in the future of service to my vehicle that I am better informed about the status of my car and not wait til the end of the day informing me that the part did not arrive. I could’ve picked up my car earlier in the day and returned to work.

Joshua provided good service - courtesy, knowledgeable, timely, thorough - and he answered my questions. Sadly, there’s not much I can do about “lane assist” battling me for steering control and there is no wheel well space for a full spare.
