I waited 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, in a line of cars, just to be able to hand over my car and keys. As always, I had a long list of things that I need to do to fix my car. I called to follow up and to get my car worked on to make sure that the part was in stock and could not get any callbacks or responses. This place seems like they are more interested in buying cars Way cheap instead of actually fixing them. I honestly am not sure if I can trust this facility with its complete lack of professionalism.
