I was quite surprised to see Simona still in the same service role, particularly given her exceptional professionalism, which clearly exceeds the requirements of her current position. I was recently assigned to her again, and from the moment she engaged with me, it was evident that she consistently goes above and beyond. Her attentiveness was especially apparent in how she accommodated my needs as a mother with a young child. This made me wonder when she might be considered for a managerial role, as she unquestionably has the skills and experience to excel in such a position. While I don't know her personally and we've only interacted during my last two visits, I can speak to her abilities from my own experience. As someone in a high-level supervisory role at UCSD, I can confidently say she possesses skills that far surpass her current responsibilities.

I came in on Saturdsy for my Toyota package tune up, rotation of tires, oil change etc... 4 things were recommended for my car. I was not expecting that my car would be at the dealership all day. I called the dealership multiple times thru out the day to get updates of when my car would be ready. At 4pm, I was told by John, that my car would be ready by 5pm. I needed a ride back to the dealership.John sent a complimwntary UBER(since thw shuttle service had already closed) for the day. He also took 0 % off of my bill for the inconvenience of not having my car all day.AND he gave me 2 grocery bags with Norm Reeves Toyota on them. John has VERY good people skills and I look forward to working with him in the future

1. Delayed Initial Assistance
I had a 10:00 AM service appointment and arrived early at 9:50 AM. Despite being on time, I waited in my car for an hour before receiving any help. I understand the shop was busy, and my service involved multiple components (standard service, hybrid recall, and an AC check), but the delay was frustrating.
2. Lack of Communication During Service
I was quoted an estimated completion time between 2:00–3:00 PM. After 2:00 PM, I sent a message and made a phone call to check on the status—neither received a response. I had another appointment scheduled for 4:00 PM and needed accurate timing to plan accordingly.
3. Extended Wait and Missed Appointment
I arrived at 3:15 PM and was told it would be another 20–30 minutes. I waited until 4:35 PM—well beyond the quoted timeframe—and ultimately missed my 4:00 PM appointment due to the delay.
