Joshua was very good and informative. The problem was the service technician said I needed to purchase a new tire and it couldn’t be patched. Instead of paying $385 I went to Discount Tire and they patched it for free. That is great customer service. I’ve purchased multiple cars from you for myself and daughters and always have had my cars serviced by you over the years. You’re making me question my loyalty.

The manager wasn’t willing to work with me in reducing the $200 inspection fee for a quick diagnosis- a damaged AC condenser. It is an excessive charge just to take 3 pictures of the exterior of the car that showed a rock damaged it. There was no extensive diagnosis or testing to warrant this hefty fee. Overchargedand will not go back for servicing at this dealer.

The check engine light came on immediately after my oil change. I brought the car back and was told there would be a $200 fee just to check the codes. After the codes were reset, nothing was found to be wrong, and the issue did not persist. The GM of the service center offered a goodwill inspection, which waived the fee i was originally being charged.
I left feeling frustrated because the service manager, Bautista, did not take any accountability. He deflected every concern regarding the check engine light and repeatedly contradicted himself via text, claiming that only “bottom or internal” components were touched during the service — even though accessing the top of the engine bay is necessary to perform an oil change and air filter inspection.
This visit left me feeling uneasy and unsure if I will bringing this and my other toyota vehicles back to this dealership.
