my car was ready for an hour prior to me getting it i went out in the parking lot after waiting what seemed like too long and it was there i asked a employee “are the cars here complete” and he said “yes”: so then i got the agent who checked me in to alert HIM…rather than he alert ME….that the car was ready.

Robert had an easy-going nature and was a very clear communicator. I really appreciated the swiftness with which he completed the service to my vehicle and the fact that he came to tell me personally that my car was ready!

Are you guys serious? I was charged 200 dollars for diagnostics I was forced to purchased a new tire for two hundred dollars in order for my car to be diagnosed, I was charged 400 for a coil, one coil parts and labor, I had all four coils replace for 200 dollars 150000 miles before, any other service dept would have thrown in free diagnostics if I repaired the car at the dealer born reeves just places profit over customer satisfaction, a four hundred dollar job you guys turned in to an 830 dollar job that’s even after the military discount this is a tough economy and you people are making it worst I really hope you guys change your ways but find it hard to believe it will happen, I asked for a paper copy I’m filling a complaint with the manufacturer make sure Toyota knows about your bad practices also I was forced to buy the tire it was never a suggestion by Mr Farr please look at the cctv footage

Richard explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle to an extent. When I asked for more details, he got frustrated. He contradicted himself regarding what needed to be replaced, and when I questioned him he did not like that. He had limited knowledge on my vehicle’s problems, and got annoyed because I didn’t simply accept what he told me. This is the reason I decided to get my vehicle serviced elsewhere.

I thought John was great -- quick and professional service, and he addressed any concerns that I may have brought up I our initial discussion.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I’ve received from Toyota. I recently purchased a brand-new vehicle, and it’s extremely disappointing that the check engine light came on almost immediately after purchase. It’s unacceptable for a new customer to experience issues like this right after buying a car. I brought the vehicle to the dealership to have it inspected. While the engine light was temporarily off after the service, it came back on shortly after I left and began driving home. On top of that, the car is now shaking noticeably, which is extremely concerning. This experience has been frustrating and far from what I expected when buying a new car. I’ve only had the vehicle for about a week, and these problems are simply unacceptable. I urge you to take this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.

Time promised was not met. I got in at 7:08 and my advisor promised a wait time of 2.5-3 hrs for the service. I followed up about 3.5 hrs. He said about 20 more mins.i waited 5 hrs the whole time. I took initiative to bother another advisor to help. Joshua help me to track the progress of my car's service. If 1 advisor disappears for lunch ,it would be nice to have someone to cover his job.or maybe let the customer know to wait more longer for its break time.
