I waited in check in line for over 12 minutes when I arrived.
I was waiting for my vehicle in the waiting room and got a call from my husband telling me the car was ready because they called him at home instead of using the number I supplied at check-in (my number). not sure how long I would’ve sat there if he didn’t call me.

I have an appointment at 9:45 AM. I show up at 9:15 AM. Did not even check in until 10:10. Got my service done at 1:30PM. Did not received any text or call to find out if the car is done. I have to come to the desk to find out that my car is done. I am very disappointed.
