There was a large amount of cars before mine and it only took about 20minutes, tires weren’t even checked I even have doubts the oil was changed. Service advisor didn’t give any info he he just said it would take around 1 hour and a half when I was just walking outside 20 minutes later noticed my car was just sitting outside I asked if they were done workers said yes.

I am very disappointed with the repeated visits and lack of resolution. My first visit was for a tire warranty replacement after a tire had popped and previously been plugged. During that visit, I was told the technician broke my tire sensor and that it was being replaced, which explained the additional delay after I had already waited 2 hours and 25 minutes. On my second visit, the sensors were checked because none of my tires were reading pressure, and I was told the issue should resolve after 100–200 miles. I have now exceeded that mileage, and I still do not have pressure readings on any tire. While my service provider has been kind and apologetic, I am frustrated that this issue was caused by a technician mistake and still has not been resolved after multiple trips. Each visit requires me to take time off work and arrange my day around the dealership, which is very inconvenient. I would appreciate prompt resolution and a clear explanation of what will be done to fix this problem.

I waited over two hours for a tire replacement. Then I was told they couldn’t find the hole. It was clearly marked. Toyota didn’t have the tire in stock. I was asked to come back in the morning…. 8:30…. I did…. another 45 minutes in waiting room. Oh it hadn’t been delivered yet. Come back at 11:30. I came back, the tire was mounted and I was told I needed to pay. Michael Hayner instructed the service person to talk to Service Mgr. He took care of it! Thank you Customer service not so great!! Service manager was great. Michael Hayner Great, he sold me the car and then stood behind his word. I love my 2026 Rav4…. A little coaching for service staff? :)

I felt like I didn’t really matter to the guy working on my car. He never called me to discuss issues with brakes , so I didn’t know what “had” to be done asap , and what could wait until payday. I used to love bringing my car to you guys at Toyota dealer , but not now. Didn’t feel like anyone cared about me as a customer.
