- Please get together with Home Depot and the Honda dealership to fix the access road to your dealership. (pot holes).
- I think that Denise Lopez is an excellent service writer, but for some reason, she is unavailable when I booked the early 7 AM appointment.

I waited about 30 minutes in line before someone came to check me in. I will say I arrived about 10 minutes early but I saw my advisor come in after my appointment time and it took 15 additional minutes for him to come check me in (I was the first person in line). Additionally, I got an uber back to work and when my car was ready, John said he’d contact me to get another uber to bring me back however I never heard from him. I texted the number back asking which I didn’t hear back from so I had to find another way to pick up my car. I will also say I chose not to call which I acknowledge would have probably helped, I just felt like I didn’t need to since he said he’d be in contact with me.
