I left my car at the shop for about seven hours, costing me $50 in Uber fees. A new part was required and ordered—but the ordered part was not the correct part. I will now need to spend a vacation day morning to have the correct part installed, because I am driving long distance that very day and need cruise control, which I consider to be a safety feature.

I called Denise at 3 pm to ask about the car. She said it would be done by 4 and I would get a call and she would have the shuttle pick me up. At 4:10 I received a nonsensical voicemail from Toyota that had nothing to do with my car. I called Denise several times. No answer. There was no answer from the operator. I was simply hung up on. I finally called sales who connected me someone who helped me. Eventually I was told my car was ready, they would send an Uber, and I collected my car. It was a frustrating end to the day. You are conveniently located but the ball got dropped today.

I tried to contact through the message conversation after my service, but was ignored. I paid over $200 for a diagnostic test for a power steering issue causing whining that is quite loud when driving the truck. I was told that the mechanic did the diagnostic and found everything to be fine, but immediately upon leaving the dealership, the whining is present as ever. I am not sure how this could be possible if a thorough job was done. I would either like a refund for the inaccurate diagnosis, or the problem fixed. Thank you.

Appointment was scheduled for 8:15am. Showed up at 8:05am and there was a line of cars. Waited for 40 minutes when FINALLY my advisor Richard came walking out. Every other car around me was already being taken care of but Richard took his sweet time. Told him I how long I had been waiting and my appointment was almost and hour ago and his response was “yeah Saturdays are busy”. I DIDN’T schedule 100 people for service on Saturday morning Richard did I? I have an idea, maybe don’t take that many appointments if your service department and advisors can’t handle it. Moving quickly and efficiently is definitely not a priority here. Richard was unpleasant and clearly hated his job. Also couldn’t answer why the website was showing I was due for a service after entering my VIN and that service wasn’t actually needed per Richard. Awful experience all around. Will not be back.

I waited for 2 hours for my LOF to be done. It was not completed by this time. I needed to leave and asked Rosalina to let me know when my car was ready. She sent me a text 4 hours later, but at that point I could no longer pick it up. I came back the next morning. It would have better if she had let me know earlier that they were behind schedule. When I was inconvenienced by having to come back there was no service recovery/ compensation for my time.
