I thought cost was high. $800 for maintenance. I asked not to replace cabin filter but it was done anyway. You had replaced the engine in this car and was wondering if all the maintenance items were required ? The maintenance was completed on tine.

John was the one who promised to call me in 2 hours but he made me wait 4 hours in waiting room
I had to message thru web (no response) and than i called directly and found out my vehicle had been done and sit in the lot for quite some time and he sit in front of pc doing nothing

I have always had a positive and great experience with Toyota, especially with the staff which continues but today (03-03-23) I had an appointment for maintenance/oil change at 9:15 and sat in my car till I was checked in at 9:53? I was told that it would be about 1hr and 45min for my scheduled appointment and oil change. I have never had to wait this long, I saw they were busier than usual, but I had an appointment. I guess that didn’t matter today. I have never had to wait this long.
