Robert Farr was very good. Very attentive. The techs working on my car, not so much. I was assured last week, after much brake and tie rod work, that my problem was fixed. I discovered it was not after leaving. It took over 6 hours for the techs to determine the brakes needed to be bled. Which means after the ABS master cylinder was replaced in December, the brakes were not bled correctly. I had to ask to get that explanation. No apologies, no offer of compensation of any kind after consuming my day and wasting my ride money. That’s not customer service.
