Came in 30 minutes before my 8am appointment and they took my truck on right away. For how busy it was they completed the service in under 2 hours. Very pleased, as always, with the overall experience.

I’ve been a customer of Norm Reeves for years, the only place I will service my Toyota. I’ve always been very satisfied by the service and with my experience leasing my prior Tacoma from you. I service my vehicles early nearly every time. Today I had a simple oil change in my Tundra and when I got home there was oil dripping onto my driveway. Not only did I now have a damaged driveway and stain I can’t clean off, I had to spend gas money and an additional hour of my time today to have the problem diagnosed. Turns out the oil change was fine, the technician just slopped “a large amount of oil” (according to the service rep) all over my skid plate and engine during the oil change. The remedy was spraying degreaser on it and power washing it off. I could easily get an oil change for half the price at a Jiffy Lube but yet I pay extra for high quality service at Norm Reeves. That’s not what I got and I’m strongly considering finding somewhere else to go from now on. If you would like to retain me as a customer, I highly suggest offering me some kind of additional remedy (say possibly a free oil change next time around). I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx.
