The person who checked me in and wrote up what was to be done did not follow back up with me to tell me the status of what was going on. I made multiple call and text request to find out if they had found any problem with my tire. When I finally got a hold of her she said she wanted to keep the car overnight. We told her that was fine and when I tried to follow up on the car in the morning I got no answer to my text so I just drove down there around 10:00 a.m. and another gentleman helped me said she wasn't even working today. He did not seem to think it would have been inappropriate for me to ask for some follow-up about my car or what was to be done and what was the status and in fact he gave us a bit of a discount on getting the work done that we had done. The second gentleman was very nice. The lady was also nice I just never got any follow-up from her.

I had an appointment at 9:30 yesterday morning. Yet I sat there waiting until 3:45 for you to finish an oil and air filter change and to check on a safety recall. To which, my vehicle needed nothing. Also, your mechanic stuck a reminder sticker to my windshield which will not come off. Instead of removing the old sticker to put a new one, the mechanic stuck the new one on top of the old. This is not the first time we have been unhappy with the service here. Q is a great guy and very helpful, but the overall customer service and attention to detail is absolutely unacceptable. You've lost a customer and no references will ever be given to anyone needing any services. Horrible!

My vehicle is covered by Toyota care. I have a nail in my tire, I asked to replace and said they needed to check to see if I was covered or it would have to be an additional spent. It’s dangerous to drive with a nail in a tire, I expected the service advisor would have at least confirm I had coverage or let me know my options. Nothing. Things like this make me reevaluate purchasing another Toyota and from norm Reeves.
