I have been a customer for almost 2 decades. I bought 2 brand new cars, changed tires with the first car and performed tens of services. Since I changed the tires back 5 years or more, I had not been charged for tire rotation. I mentioned it to her, but she did not want to apply the discount. I also noticed that this time, during the wait, there is no beverage that is offered, like in the past.
At pick up, the attendant was not present and somebody else gave my keys and finalized my payment. I am completely not happy of how I was treated. I spent 40 thousand dollars on your facility, and I have been a very loyal customer.
After this poor experience, I called the manager and left a message. I did not hear back from him. I wrote an email to TOYOTA. Given all of these facts, I am thinking to go next time I need to the TOYOTA of El Cajon. If I discover that it is under the same property of the TOYOTA in Mission Gorge, I will find a regular mechanic.

Extremely disappointing experience at Norm Reeves Toyota. Was given no updates for 4 hours after being told work would only take 2-2.5 hours. When I got an update, it was for more work on the car. An hour later, I was told the car repair could not be completed that day and I would need to return the next business day to get the car, but was assured it would be ready early in the morning. That next day, I had to call 5 times over 4 hours to get an answer (because I needed my car for my job). When I got through, my car was in line behind someone else’s car, “because they were waiting on site”. Only after expressing frustrating to the rep did my car get prioritized. What a terrible experience overall, but it is what I have come to expect at Norm Reeves Toyota. Great job guys, I’m going to look elsewhere next time.
