My checked-in was completed by 1:25 pm by karina villatoro. In the process on having my vehicle serviced. She went on lunch and left someone else to help her but I didn’t got a call or a text message that the vehicle was ready while I was waiting. When she came back from lunch she didn’t bother checking cars that were done. If , I didn’t ask her personally how much longer it will take. That was after 4:00 pm probably I would have wait longer.

One thing we were not able to do was establish my personal email for contact between the dealership and my self. Your software has my late husbands email address for the contact information. Since his death on June 9 2021 I have placed the 2020 Toyota Tacoma in my name. My late husbands email address is no longer in service. The email address I use is please begin to use that contact.
