Robert Farr has always been very helpful. It's really unfortunate with your new phone system. No one to speak with, cannot deliver voice-mail or get transferred. When I leave messages I never get replies like I used to. Cannot relay messages. Needs major improvement. The way it used to be. Had to drive there to make an appointment. For some reason my car did not feel like anything was done too it?
It really Felt like it didn’t have power like it didn’t get tuned up I normally feel that when I bring my car in for Maintenance service it feels strong it runs really good and smooth this time for some reason it didn’t it felt a little rough and again like I said like it really didn’t have power now on the way to explain it but I know they were in my car get service it runs great it’s smooth running everything feels tight clean running!??

I have bought multiple cars from Toyota but this is the first one that alerted me to maintenance when it was just a tire rotation. Seems like another way for you to collect money from your long time customers. I got free oil changes for the first two years so had no clue that was all it was for. I was not happy to have I waited 30 minutes to get checked in and only to find out that was all it was. The service at that location was fine. I know they don’t control what is put into the car, but it just seems ridiculous and another way to pin pocket customers that already pay a lot for these cars.

The maintenance time took twice as long as Luis said it would, I had no issues with his professionalism or customer service as I was very grateful he gave me a discount on my service for having to wait so long. I just wish he would’ve been more accurate with his time estimates. Whoever worked on my car also did not tighten the oil cap all the way and my car was leaking oil for days after. So the maintenance took twice as long but the job was still rushed at the end. Not happy with the service I received for this visit.

Love seeing the inclusion of Latinx women and men in your workforce not only among mechanics, but also in admin, customer service, but not in sales (I never saw women of any color in sales?!). Missing in diversity and inclusion are Blacks, Arabs, Asians (Chinese, Vietnamese, Philippines, Pacific Islanders, Koreans), Indigenous Americans, Afghani, Somali, Seniors, LGBT, and People with Disabilities (Visible & invisible.
NB: Across the street in the Home Depot parking lot, a group of African American men laborers gather daily looking for work. Toyota could start there by hiring , training local unemployed individuals showing up to find work. Improve the community you operate in.
I specially appreciate the fact that female customers are treated equally as men customers. Auto info and facts, sales, repair details and costs are transparent and clear. The auto industry, specially mechanics, are notoriousIy discriminate against women by gauging them and assuming they know nothing about mechanics.
I also appreciate the cleanliness of your facility, from the garage to the bathrooms. Your waiting area, often remodeled and updated, is pleasant, airy, clean, with comfortable and uncrowded seats, efficient HVAC system throughout (All crucial and personally determinant factors in a post-Covid era!).
Love to stop by at the store and find unusual and or Toyota brand alluseful gadgets for the car, original greeting cards, ice cream…all regularly priced.
All in all, because of the pleasant and professional people who work there, the cleanliness and comfort of the facility, the relative turn around speed of service and efficiency, I always look forward to servicing my car at Norm Reeves Toyota, even though other Toyota dealerships are closer to home. Thank you!

I made an appointment for 9am, didn’t get seen until about 9:30, then car wasn’t ready until 12 noon. I was just in for regular service, tire balance, inspection. Normally this service only takes about 30 minutes. I am satisfied with the work, but wish time was managed better, especially since I had made an appointment.

My 2022 camry was advertised to run at 47mpg, from the day I boughtvthe car in august 2022. I have never got that mpg ever even with driving “eco mode” the entire time. I brought in my car for diagnostics but unfortunately, I was told that there was nothing they can do until the service department foreman will be able to drive test it. I am scheduled to see the foreman on March 31, 2023 @ 8:15 am. Hopefully he’ll be able to address this concern.
