Took my car to get serviced and my car was not in the same condition as when I left it. When I went go pick up my car, I noticed there was a part of the bumper on the floor. So I walked back to the office to let the guy know at the service department what had happened. He then walked to the mechanic to talk to him and investigate what happened but he supposedly had no idea to how that happened. By this point he just said that they would have to go over the cameras and see what happened and that he would get back to me. Someone did reach out to me and said that they found someone that had supposedly hit my car while it was parked but when I asked if I could see the video he was pretty hesitant to say yes. And now the lady won’t answer her phone so we could get the issue resolved. I just know that I took my car to get a simple maintenance and now my car is messed up and makes a weird loud noise when I’m driving it on the freeway. I just hope we get this issue resolved ASAP and I don’t have to come out of pocket for this

John Bautista was personable, gave excellent service and was a pleasure to work with. The young man greeter was also very professional and friendly. I was quite disappointed that there was no Shuttle Service. I would have appreciated knowing that information, that on Wednesday there is no shuttle service, before NOT having lunch. Also STLL no complimentary coffee or tea while your customers wait !?!?!? Especially on a cold rainy day!?!? But the two Toyota Team members were great.Alexi
