When I was originally called this morning and quoted the price I was told that it would cost me $1032 however when I was checking out the total showed something around $1062 and when I got the final bill the total was actually $1093. Typically when I get work done I communicate with Robert and he always quotes me the amount that I actually get charged at the end so this increase surprised me. Due to dropping my car off unplanned I was working with another technician, I’m not sure what her name was. I was surprised by the bill and called to confirm the price and she said it was due to “taxes.” This didn’t really sit well with me since I had now seen 3 different prices, also if it really was due to taxes I would think this could be accounted for when I was originally quoted. Anyway, I was frustrated by the lack of communication and wished I had been communicating with Robert instead.

I am very satisfied by how well the service of my car went. I would give it a 4 star out of 5 just because it took them a little over 20 min to attend. It was probably because it was a walk-in but I was the first car. Everything else was excellent.

After bringing my car in for an oil change that took over 2 hours, I find that all my stuff in the trunk to have been tossed all over. Not sure what they were trying to find and why they were accessing the trunk when I only brought my car in for an oil change. Very disappointed.

They took four hours to complete my service. I was told it would be completed in two the advisor John Bautista must’ve gone to lunch and not told anyone that I was still waiting for my vehicle. It wasn’t until about 330 that he came out and told me that for some reason he didn’t explain why that he had taken extra long, he was more interested in selling me services than making sure that I was in and out in a timely manner. I will not return to this dealership I will find somewhere else to take my truck.
