Q Holt is straightforward and professional.I am 100% pleased with him as a service representative.The only downside to my services are the repair times a lengthy.Maybe increasing the amount of mechanics on site would help. ????

I made an appointment to service my car but when I showed up, there were other cars ahead of me without an appointment being serviced. My wait time was 2 hours for service to be completed. I am disgruntled about this experience.

When I pickup my truck there was a lot of oil under the truck on the ground at the dealer . I got under it and the skid plate was full of drain oil . I left there to the car wash to clean it up. If I would have got home and it drain on my drive way . Have picture of the ground and the oil dripping of the skid plate.

Took 25min to check in my car. I mentioned to someone that I had an appointment and was told to stay in the car even though I saw no one was sitting in their cars. Another person told me to move my car closer otherwise no one will know I’m there so I did and that’s when Karina checked me in. Luckily I arrived 25min early. Are you suppose to stay in your car or not? When she text me that my car was ready, she didn’t say where I could meet her or where to go. I went to the area where many desks are by the entrance to the drop off area. No one was there for 5 or 6min (I’m assuming lunch breaks and helping other customers). But why text if no one is available? I walked around looking for someone for a while. There were 3 employees at the desks outside but they were talking amongst themselves, looked like a personal conversation. Finally someone came into the front area and I was able to go. Lastly my car was parked in a tight spot with a car parked behind me along side the service area so it was awkward to get out. This is the first time at Toyota as I had a Honda prior which I feel has better customer service. My friend told me that National City Toyota is far better so I will go there next time. My feedback is to have better communication.

It's really a yes and a no. I appreciated the no contact option to pay for the service but the multi-point inspection report was hard to navigate to so in the future maybe offering a printed copy of documents would be better.
