I have felt for a long time that your company puts too much pressure on your service personnel to sell every add on possible. Your prices are too high for everything. When I used to go for service at Toyota of El Cajon, I found a gentleman who steered me away from unnecessary services. He moved to Texas and I moved to less than a mile from Norm Reeves Toyota. That’s why I have been coming here. I feel you are like the cable company: You charge more and more because people are leaving because you charge too much. I don’t think I will always be around to subsidize the transfer of wealth.

Nobody told me that the shuttle service is only for drop off so having to call a Lyft back was kind of a pain in the **** since other dealerships have Lyft service that they provide to go to and from the shop when it’s going to be a longer job so would be nice if you guys could upgrade these guys to that but other than that this location is great and I don’t ever have to worry about my truck when I take it in unlike other locations I’ve visited.
