I was booked with a service rep that started work 1/2 hr after my appointment. I was fine to work with Robert but felt as I was checking out that he was distracted and not really interested.

The filter the mechanic replaced was not returned to us. Isn’t there a law about this? The purpose of the law is to protect consumers from fraud.
In the future I will request the parts replaced be put in plastic bags and returned. I’m more than disappointed this isn’t automatic at your dealership.
